The application only facilitates contact between users; the actual organisation of each match is the sole responsibility of the users involved.

Access to and registration with tenniscubelles.com are reserved for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and while keeping their account active.

Each user is responsible for safeguarding their access credentials and for all activity carried out through their account.

The application does not book courts; any reservation must be arranged directly with the Poliesportiu Municipal de Cubelles or the relevant venue.

Any court reservation status shown in the application is entered by users themselves and may not reflect actual availability.

Before travelling to play, users must confirm court availability directly with the relevant venue.

Access to and use of tenniscubelles.com are free of charge, and the application does not impose any fees.

Any costs associated with using courts or sports facilities are paid directly at the relevant venue and are unrelated to the application.

Users undertake to use the application lawfully, diligently, and in good faith.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, impersonating third parties, publishing offensive or discriminatory content, harassing other users, or using the application for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Each user is responsible for the content they publish and for any arrangements or commitments they make in relation to matches.

The application allows users to invite other people by email and to add guest players identified by name.

By providing third-party data, the user confirms that they have properly informed the affected person and that they have a lawful basis or, where applicable, the person's consent to do so.

Affected individuals may request deletion of their data by writing to [email protected].

The owner of tenniscubelles.com may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.

Given the free nature of the service, suspension or cancellation of an account does not give rise to any right to compensation.

Users may close their account at any time from the application's settings or profile area.

Closing an account will result in deletion of the associated personal data, without prejudice to the retention of historical match references in a non-identifiable form.
